Good morning. We have had 2 beautiful days in a row. I'm hoping that spring is finally here for good!!
I just wanted to share how to make a beautiful envelope. This can be done with any stamp set.
You first take your envelope and place it on a piece of scrap paper with the flap facing up. You then put another piece of paper under the flap to cover the envelope. This is done so that you don't stamp on the envelope and also to protect your workspace from getting ink on it. Now just stamp the flowers randomly. As you can see, I used a mask to cover the middle red tulip so that I could stamp the purple one behind it. The tulip is from Timeless Tulips.
This is the finished envelope. It is sooo pretty!
This is one that I made using the fern from Daisy Lane. I used Granny Apple Green, Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive inks.
I like the tulips better but this one is also very nice - very professional looking.
It's just a different option to stamping on the front of an envelope. You could always do both if you wanted to! The thing is to remember no naked envelopes.
Have fun playing and stay safe,
Mary
