May 2020
Greetings,
As we approach the end of May, I know that the excitement for the new annual catalogue going live is high. However you still have a few days to order stamps, punches and dies from the other catalogues.
Today I am showing you one of my favourite stamp sets and matching punch. I can't believe that I didn't post this last year! I was just starting my blog and I didn't really know what I was doing to be honest. The stamp set is called Making Christmas Bright and the accompanying punch is called the Christmas Bulb Builder Punch. It punches out the bulb and also the little thing that attaches the bulbs to a string of lights---like my technical terms---lol.
This is the first card that I ever made with Stampin' Up products at the first party I ever attended. I really loved it and I wouldn't want you to miss out.
My first Stampin' Up card!!
This is the stamp set and I have included some pictures from the 2018 ©Stampin' Up Holiday Catalogue when it was first introduced. TIP: Keep your old catalogues to look through to get ideas for card layouts, colour combinations, etc.
When I became a demonstrator, this is one of the stamp sets that I showcased at my first party ! I did a lot of heat embossing in gold. I also did not stamp the lights. I just used coloured paper and covered them with wink of stella
In this picture you can really see the Wink of Stella.
So this is my card using the photopolymer set Making Christmas Bright. If you would like to purchase it and/or the Christmas Bulb Builder Punch just click on the SHOP NOW at the top of my blog.
Take a final look through the catalogue to see if there is anything that you would like to purchase. F.Y.I. Most of the embellishments are already sold out.
The new catalogue goes live on June 3, 2020. If you would like to receive a catalogue from me and you live in Canada, email me your address at marydek@yahoo.com If there is anything else that I can help you with, please feel free to contact me.
I hope that you have a good day and that you are all physical distancing and also sending a card to someone so that you are not social distancing : )
Mary
